Elizabeth Gutierrez  Biografia 

Elizabeth Gutiérrez (Elizabeth Gutiérrez Nevárez) is an American actress and model of Mexican descent. She is famously and best known for playing the leading roles in the telenovelas El rostro de Analía and El fantasma de Elena. She had earlier worked as a model on The Price Is Right and she participated in the second season of the reality show Protagonistas de Novela.

Playing the villain Isabela in Venevision International’s Olvidarte jamás she began her work in telenovelas in 2005. Due to her first pregnancy she left the production 12 episodes before its end. The next year she began playing Paola in Acorralada but left to take the lead role in Amor comprado. She played the lead role in Isla paraíso, a mininovela of 15 two-minute episodes produced by Venevisión and published online in 2007.
In 2008, she took another female lead role, this time in the Telemundo telenovela El rostro de Analía that was broadcast in more than 50 countries. She turned down the role of Priscila on Bella calamidades to play a villain in the fifth remake of Corazón salvaje in 2009. Critics responded favorably to Gutiérrez’s performance. She went on to play her third leading role in El fantasma de Elena. This telenovela did not pick as was expected in the United States but was more successful elsewhere having been sold in 70 countries.
She filmed the pilot episode for La Mala, La Buena y La Tonta but left the project in favor of El fantasma de Elena. She also appeared on the Univision reality show Mira quién baila on Univision. She accepted the role of Mariana San Lucas, who swung between a father and a son, in El rostro de la venganza, in 2012 from which telenovela she left early in its presentation.

Protagonistas de Novela is a television series in Spanish that has been produced since 2002 by Telemundo Network USA, based on the Protagonistas… franchise. Protagonistas de Novela has the same format and rules as Protagonistas de la Música, and that is because Protagonistas de Novela, a reality show where the winners are guaranteed a spot in a future telenovela, was released before its musical version.
Both shows are produced by Telemundo USA. The female winner of the show’s first season, Millie Ruperto, has already participated in a soap opera, playing a boxing trainer, alongside Venezuelan superstar Gaby Spanic. The winners of the show’s second season in 2003 were Mexican Erick Elías and Dominican Michelle Vargas. This particular season was highly criticized for its results, since Elías won with an alleged 50.1% of the vote over the heavy favorite, Puerto Rican actor Alfredo De Quesada, who had 49.1% of the vote according to the show.

El Rostro de Analía is a Spanish-language telenovela produced by the American-based television network Telemundo. It stars Elizabeth Gutiérrez, Martin Karpan, Maritza Rodríguez and Gabriel Porras, with the special appearance of Gaby Espino. Written by Venezuelan writer Humberto “Kiko” Olivieri, the story is loosely based on María, María which starred Alba Roversi and Mexican soap star Arturo Peniche in Venezuela, and was also written by Olivieri.
The novela is directed by David Posada and Danny Gaviria; with Jairo Arcila as General Producer and Aurelio Valcarcel Carrol as Executive Producer. Although the novela was set in Los Angeles, Telemundo filmed the serial in Miami, Fl. Through editing it was made to appear as Los Angeles. The network debuted it on October 20, 2008 at the 9 pm timeslot. Telemundo added English subtitles as closed captions on CC3 starting in March.
Gutiérrez plays both Mariana and Analía, being the protagonist. The male lead is portrayed by Martin Karpan, while the antagonists include Maritza Rodríguez, Gabriel Porras and Zully Montero. Other major characters are brought to life by Karla Monroig, Daniel Lugo, Ximena Duque, Pedro Moreno and Alejandro Chaban.
