At the age of 8 years old, Miller already figured out what he wanted to, though he had no idea that it would be in Detroit as soon he was old enough to know what sportscasters and play by play guys did for a living, he opted to, make that life.
After he graduated from high school, he got at Mutual Radio Network affiliates WJLA and WTEM as a c College student to assist as an engineer for their weekend sportscaster. During his interview, he was asked if he how to edit audiotape. He lied about it and worked for 11 years. He attended and graduated from George Mason University.
Miller landed a job at WTNT sports Radio 570 in Washington, D.C in 1992 as an overnight talk show host, in addition, he worked as Washington Redskins beat reporter for three months
Later, Miller got his first job in Television at WTTG as a host of the Washington Redskins pre-game show in 1994. Furthermore, he landed a job as a weekend sports anchor at WJLA-TV. Moreover, from 1994-1997 he was a play-by-play announcer for NFL on Fox’s regional broadcasts.
In 1997, miller started working as sports director and on-air personal at WJBK Fox 2. Currently, he is the sports director sports anchor and host of the weekly sports discussion show Sports Works on the station.
