Christopher Paul Neil was born on 27 /06/ 1974, in London, by his parents, Eva Maria and Paul O’Neill.

He is also known as Mr. Swirl, Face or Vico, He was nicknamed after his Interpol operation concerning himself.

Swirl a convicted child molester,  he was the subject of a highly publicized Interpol investigation of the sexual abuse of at least 12 young boys at the: Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.

He initially was owing to the internet release of pornographic images depicting the abuse, He was arrested by Thailand police in October 2007.

After his studies, he moved back to the UK.where, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of ‘NM’ Rothschild and Sons, late he moved to an early-stage venture capital firm, VennWorks (LLP).

At VennWorks, Neil was responsible for the financial analysis of potential investments and for marketing the fund to institutional investors, in Europe and the Middle East. As a result, he spent much of his time in Europe, (the UAE and Kuwait).

After completing six years of post-graduate work experience, he attended the two-year, full-time ‘MBA’ program at Columbia Business School in New York.

After graduating from Columbia in 2005 with an MBA degree, he has worked as a securities analyst for both Steinberg Asset Management and also involved Noster Capital. He has also invested in other entrepreneurial ventures.

From childhood, Christopher has had a strong interest in sports and outdoor activities, such as downhill skiing, tennis, and golf.

Neil is facing several new charges after a lengthy investigation. The convicted pedophile is facing 10 new charges appeared in over 200 photographs depicting the abuse, which surfaced on the Internet and led to a worldwide manhunt known as Operation Vico.

On March 10 it was found that Neil did not have a lawyer. And he was provided with one. The trial was postponed to  2nd of June. He was sentenced on August 15, 2008, to 39 months in prison and $1,780 fine.

On August 2, 2013, he was arrested at his home for breach of recognizance. He pled guilty in October. Child pornography was found on his laptop and his cell phone.

His sentencing occurred on May 6, 2014, at which time he received three months’ jail time plus three years of probation.

Neil was working as an English teacher at Kwangju Foreign School in the city of Gwangju, South Korea, at the time but fled directly to Thailand Once he was publicly identified.

He was arrested in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province, in the (Isan region of northeast Thailand), on /10/2007.
